Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping within the U.S. and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All of our products drop ship directly from our vendors to you. Items shipping from within the U.S. will ship by ground service or USPS. Sample orders will ship via USPS or surface mail. Orders shipping from overseas will ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Depending on the carrier, your order may require a signature. If you are not home to receive your order, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for receiving or rescheduling your delivery.

Truck Delivery

If your order exceeds the limits of our parcel carriers, such as extra-long drapery hardware, it will be delivered by freight carrier instead. Freight delivery times may be longer than standard parcel delivery times. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our showroom for delivery timeframes specific to your order.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for in-stock orders to be prepared for shipping. Our standard business days are Tuesday through Saturday.

Transit Time

For orders shipping from within the U.S., please allow 3 to 10 days of transit time once your order has shipped.

For orders shipping from overseas, please allow 10 to 14 days of transit time once your order has shipped. Please note that overseas orders may occasionally be delayed by customs. These delays are generally cleared within a few days, but customs processing is outside of our control.
